Man charged following house fire
The Carisbrook man was an occupant of the unit complex.
A 27-year-old man has been charged over a fire which destroyed a unit in Green Street, Carisbrook.
Carisbrook and Maryborough fire brigades were called to a fire around 2.30 pm on August 30.
Detectives along with a CFA fire investigator also attended.
The man, who was an occupant of the unit complex, was charged with criminal damage by fire and remanded into custody to appear at the Maryborough Magistrates’ Court on December 10.
